Tucuma seed scrub

The Amazonscrub is a line of natural exfoliants from Amazonoil produced from 100% natural material. These are natural particles developed to promote and stimulate the exfoliating action in specific personal care products. Exfoliation is mechanical and, therefore, acts superficially on the skin. Its exfoliating action helps cell renewal by removing dead cells and impurities through physical stimulation. It can be applied to both body and facial products, offering a versatile solution for your skincare needs. AMAZONSCRUBS is a product developed to replace the use of plastic microparticles.

Physical-Chemical Data and its applications

The Tucumã seed scrub (Astrocaryum vulgare seed powder)) is a healing ingredient with its soft brown color. Derived from the seeds of the tucumã fruit, it not only exfoliates but also shares properties with tucumã butter, such as moisturizing, anti-inflammatory, and healing properties. Packed with protein, tannins, saponins, and volatile, unsaponifiable compounds, it stimulates blood circulation and cell renewal in body products. It’s a perfect fit for skin care products targeting oiliness and acne, as well as hair products combating seborrhoea and dandruff. The Tucumã seed scrub is a healing touch in the production of bar soaps, gels, and exfoliating creams, and it’s a key ingredient in foot products for dryness and natural skin recovery.
